Seeded Nut Butter

Seeds and nut butter are very healthy to consume.  They are excellent sources of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which aid in reducing the risk of heart complications.  Seeds contain a lot of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.  Moreover, they can reduce blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure.  Nut butters may promote cardiovascular health through lowering bad cholesterol.
