Above are a few of my awards I got from running two races. 

        (In case you're using a laptop or desktop and you're not interested in reading the same thing more than once, the following blurb is the same blurb that's on the homepage of this website):  I decided to make this blog for a variety of reasons.  I grew up physically active and not only learned along the way how it’s extremely important to eat a certain way, but also what to eat to stay healthy.  Furthermore, my love for cooking and baking was another push factor.

         I grew up playing different sports in formal teams as well as for fun via informal means.  Over time, due to exercise, I unfortunately had a couple of issues with iron, complications due to low blood pressure, sinus bradycardia, and being underweight!  Thankfully, after talking to a few experts and doing my own research, I learned how to combat problems that come with exercise.  Additionally, I consider myself to be somewhat of a food snot, so I love cooking and baking mostly due to how I can control more of how my food turns out.  I thought I would marry the two attributes of healthy and tasty in my recipes.  I hope you’ll enjoy this blog.
