Lion's Mane Iced Coffee
• Lion’s mane powder: The powder is reported to have strengthened immune systems and improved energy, which are great for athletes while they condition and - of course, come gameday. As interesting, non-athletic sidenotes, the powder not only raises intelligence quotients, but helps with enabling better memories.
• Coffee: Some athletes get low blood pressure through physical activity, which can be detrimental. Fortunately, regular and decaf coffee help raise their blood pressure temporarily. Furthermore, as an interesting tidbit, caffeine can give athletes an edge with physical performance.
